The refinement of Fassona, one of the best meats in Italy combined with the genuineness of Emilian cheeses and cured meats, have given life to a new way of conceiving Italian Street Food: healthy and sensitive in the use of carefully selected raw materials from Km0 crops and high quality farms.
The essentiality of these ingredients is expressed finely and in an unrepeatable way in our burgers and piadas, best representing a delicious and fast cuisine with an all-Italian flavor.
